Over the years, our work in the cooperative movement has earned us a reputation. Our success with one Sacco has led to a number of referrals. Our latest intervention is the rebranding of a rural farmers’ Sacco.
Our team helped with crafting the mainstreaming strategy that would move the Sacco from a closed entity to a broader offering with multiple customer appeal. The name and identity therefore had to change and capture the aspirations of the new organisation.
